Multi-warehouse inventory & production for a hospitality group
A central store, a production kitchen and a restaurant kitchen connected in one Odoo flow. Components move to production, semi-finished goods come back to the store, and the kitchen replenishes with a scan.

Hi, I'm Brian Larmonie.
I founded Innovadis Consultancy to help businesses in Aruba and the Caribbean run on the right systems, clear processes and real-time numbers.
Before consulting, I led logistics and purchasing teams in the Netherlands and Aruba, with ISO-based warehouse processes, supplier management and KPI dashboards. I translate that experience into solutions that hold up in daily operations.
Outside business: former professional baseball player in the Detroit Tigers organization and international scout. I still coach athletes to reach their full potential.
